Cancellation Policy

24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as early as possible.

New Clients

If this is your first visit, book a Custom Facial or a consultation for advanced treatments. We'll assess your skin before recommending a treatment plan.

Advanced Treatments

Microneedling and laser hair reduction begin with a consultation. This allows us to review your skin history, discuss realistic expectations, and confirm you're a good candidate before scheduling treatment.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Itemized receipts are available for HSA/FSA submissions for qualifying treatments.
