Before You Book
Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
Life happens. Reschedule or cancel with as much notice as you can, and there is no fee. If last-minute cancellations become a habit, Jake stops holding time for you. That is the whole policy.
Deposits
Collagen microneedling and HydraFacial take a $25 deposit when you book. It goes toward the price of your service, and if you cancel, it is refunded. Nothing else on the menu takes a deposit.
New Clients
If this is your first visit, book First visit: consult + facial ($50, 60 minutes). We talk through your skin and goals, then Jake gives you a facial built on what you find together, and you leave with a plan and a clear next step.
Advanced Treatments
Microneedling and laser hair reduction begin with a consultation. This allows us to review your skin history, discuss realistic expectations, and confirm you're a good candidate before scheduling treatment.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Itemized receipts are available for HSA/FSA submissions for qualifying treatments.

Earliest appointment is 10:00 AM. The studio is closed Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Monday to Thursday evenings Jake teaches at Paul Mitchell The School, and Thursday to Sunday openings follow the apprenticeship schedule, so the booking page always shows the live openings. Wednesday appointments, and after-hours weekend appointments, are available by request: text or call.
